Instructions*:

Start your day by drinking 16 oz of water first thing.

• Power Shake - Combine 2 scoops of Power Shake with pure water, fresh carrot or apple juice or almond milk in your BPA-Free Purium Shaker Bottle, shake up until thoroughly blended. Drink right away. Swirl around in glass periodically to disperse the contents that settle at bottom. Drink every 4 hours, 3 – 4 times per day.
• Herbal Fiber Cleanse – Take 3 tablets twice per day; wash down with 1st and 3rd Power Shake of the day.
• Master Amino Complex (MAC) – Take 2 tablets for every 25 lbs of body weight per day with a full glass of pure water - take 2 hours after Power Shake.
• Apothe-Cherry – Take 2 tbsp and mix with Aloe Vera and pure water, drink 30 – 60 minutes before bed.
•  40X Aloe Vera Concentrate – Take 1 tsp and mix with Apothe-Cherry and pure water, drink 30 – 60 minutes before bed.
• Organic Tropic Oil - Take 1 – 3 teaspoons per day as needed for energy and to satisfy cravings for fat. May wish to separate portions in ice cube tray & freeze and then pop out and let melt in mouth.
